Rigorous. Practical. Human.
Everybody Belongs.

We teach people to understand glucose. How we do that matters as much as what we teach.

Precision Is A Habit

BioFit was founded by a NASA-certified Payload Operations Controller for the International Space Station at Marshall Space Flight Center. In mission control, you don't guess at data. You read it systematically, you check it twice, and you know exactly when to escalate.

We bring that discipline to everything we teach.

Built by Someone Who Has Lived the Data.

BioFit's founder has lived with Type 1 Diabetes for almost 30 years. Glucose isn't a topic for us. It's daily life. That's why we teach glucose as part of a whole person: sleep, stress, movement, meals, and the rest of a real week.

"A glucose reading is a result. The person is the context."

Clear Words. Clear Boundaries.

We explain complex physiology in plain language, without hype and without fear. And we build scope of practice into every lesson, so the people we train always know where coaching ends and a physician's care begins.

Inclusive by Design.

Glucose data belongs to everyone wearing a sensor, and understanding it should too. We write for every body, every background, and every level of experience, and we shape our programs around honest feedback from the practitioners and individuals who use them.

"Different minds. Shared mission. Every body belongs."
